Diagnostic work at three scales

Good intentions, meet consistent execution.

I build practical systems that help people and organizations move from what they meant to do into what they actually do.

The through-line
Most execution problems aren't motivation problems. They're missing-structure problems. And the results people want are usually on the other side of the thing they've been avoiding.
The work

Three scales.
One body of work.

Different problems call for different levels of intervention. Sometimes the system needs redesigning. Sometimes a room needs a better conversation. Sometimes one person needs space to see clearly and move differently.

Consulting

Diagnostic work for organizations that know something's wrong. We examine the guts of the operation, find the real constraint, cultural, systemic, or both, and build the change from there.

02 · Groups

Teaching

Workshops, trainings, and facilitated group work for leaders and teams learning to do the hard things well. Built on honest conversation, clear expectations, and durable structure.

03 · Individuals

Coaching

One-on-one work for people wrestling with a pattern they can't quite name. Coaching that respects your intelligence, looks for the mechanism underneath the pattern, and refuses to leave the hard thing unnamed.

How I think

Change the conditions, not just the symptoms.

The real question is rarely "How do we make people try harder?" It is usually some combination of: What is the environment rewarding? What is the system making difficult? What belief or assumption is shaping the behavior? What would make the desired action easier, clearer, or more honest?

See clearlySeparate the visible symptom from the mechanism underneath it.
Design betterChange workflows, expectations, conversations, incentives, or structures where they are creating friction.
Build capacityHelp people develop the judgment and ownership required to sustain the change without constant intervention.
